Position Overview We are seeking a professional, service-driven Cannabis Sales Consultant & Delivery Specialist who understands the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and customer care. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering a high-quality experience in every interaction—both in-store and during delivery. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Deliver a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming customer experience Provide personalized product recommendations and accurate information Process transactions with precision and full regulatory compliance Maintain an organized, clean, and well-presented sales environment Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and compliance updates Delivery Operations Execute deliveries efficiently using routing software Verify identification and ensure order accuracy at each stop Handle cash and digital payments responsibly Maintain company vehicle standards and follow all safety protocols Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions Fulfillment & Inventory Support Prepare and verify orders with accuracy and attention to detail Ensure all orders meet compliance and quality standards Support inventory organization and operational efficiency Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable transportation Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience (cannabis experience is not necessary) Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced, structured environment Familiarity with POS systems and basic Google Suite functions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What We Value Professionalism, accountability, and follow-through Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence A solution-focused mindset Adaptability and the ability to remain composed under pressure A genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service Benefits Employee discounts Paid training Opportunities for growth and advancement
