Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Conduct consultations to understand clients' wellness goals and preferences. Recommend appropriate spa treatments, services, and retail products based on client needs. Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions. Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits. Collaborate with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the retail area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in wellness, beauty, or related fields is a plus. Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen actively and provide personalized recommendations. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
