About MAXFIT Market MAXFIT Market is a fast-growing retail store specializing in supplements, high-protein meals, and performance supplements. We're more than a store—we're a team built on discipline, high standards, and helping people live a healthier lifestyle. We're looking for driven, high-energy individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a positive, high-energy store experience Educate customers on supplements, meals, and store products Prepare smoothies, protein blends, and bowls efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store at all times Operate POS system (cash handling, card transactions, refunds) Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for meal rotation and inventory Support team members and help wherever needed during busy periods Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Strong work ethic and attention to detail Interest or knowledge in fitness, supplements, or nutrition (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Benefits & Perks 25% employee discount on all merchandise Free meal, protein blend, snack, or drink (based on hours worked) Fast-paced, team-driven work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Work Environment High-energy, fast-paced retail setting Requires standing for extended periods Ability to lift and move product as needed Schedule Flexible scheduling (morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available) Weekends are a requirement Pay $18/hour + tips
