ASHE Society's Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional and professional service to all customers, vendors and guests that come into the store. They represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and provide extensive cannabis product knowledge to every customer. Roles & Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service as well as maintain a professional, positive and friendly attitude on the sales floor Greet/acknowledge customers, vendors and guests as they enter and leave the store Demonstrate strong product knowledge and sales skills Identify customer needs and provide them with all possible product options and price points Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, method of consumption, and promotional deals Follow all store procedures, protocols and rules Cashier transactions with attention to detail and accuracy Ensuring correct cash handling and drawer reconciliation Meet sales quotas and department goals Maintain the appearance of the retail sales floor, including merchandising, restocking inventory and cleaning sales area Notify inventory department of any product discrepancies and communicate any necessary transfers to restock the floor Assist with curbside pick up order transactions Continue cannabis education and keep up-to-date product knowledge Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Valid identification to work in the US 2-3 years' experience in related or similar industry Proficiency in technology software, desktop electronics, MS Office Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service skills Proficient at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment Positive team player who works well with others Reliable transportation Knowledgeable and passionate about the Cannabis Industry (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Package Base salary plus tips Paid Time Off (sick/vacation) Employee Discounts Vendor products and deals Birthday Day off Welcome Gift Bag Physical Demands & Work Environment Flexibility/availability to work weekends & nights Prolonged periods of standing Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Frequently required to reach with hands and arms Required to stand, bend, lift and engage in repetitive motion Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Noise level in this work environment is moderate to high
