Position Overview This is a non-exempt, hourly position combining guest service and sales. The ideal candidate is professional, results-driven, and team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to daily operations. Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional and welcoming guest experience Recommend services, packages, and retail products to drive sales Meet established performance goals Manage front desk operations (scheduling, phones, transactions) Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-compliant environment Collaborate with the Center Manager, Wax Specialists, and sister locations to ensure consistency in operations and guest experience Qualifications Sales and/or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Interest in long-term growth and leadership opportunities Availability to work evenings and weekends as required Schedule Requirements Weekday shifts: 8:00 AM
