As a Kitchen Staff team member, you will be responsible for preparing simple food and dessert items, assisting with drink and soft serve preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and supporting overall daily operations. Duties Prepare and assemble simple food and dessert items, including soft serve ice cream, cones, matcha sponge cake, and other menu items Prepare and mix drink bases, soft serve mixes, and other ingredients according to store standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, storage areas, and equipment Assist with restocking inventory and monitoring ingredient levels Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times Support front-of-house operations when needed Help with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and equipment maintenance Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a positive and professional attitude during shifts Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing supplies Help with other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Food handling experience is required Kitchen or food service experience preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace Ability to follow recipes and preparation standards consistently Team-oriented with strong communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting Willingness to help with other duties as assigned by management
