Overview UC Cyclery is a high-end bicycle retailer specializing in premium performance brands, including Specialized and Santa Cruz. We are seeking an experienced cycling industry sales professional to join our team and provide expert guidance, technical knowledge, and outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities Deliver consultative, high-end sales support for bicycles, components, gear, and accessories Confidently explain bicycle technology, components, and fit to customers at all experience levels Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and product expertise Stay current on technical updates, specifications, and product releases from Specialized and Santa Cruz Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience in a bicycle retail environment or direct employment within the cycling industry In-depth knowledge of bicycle brands, specifically Specialized and Santa Cruz Strong passion for cycling and an understanding of bicycle technology and components Ability to work Saturdays and holidays, as needed.
