Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Luxury Fine Art Sales Professional to join our prestigious team. This role involves engaging with high-net-worth clients, managing key accounts, and expanding our presence within the luxury art market. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for fine art. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships, driving sales growth through strategic business development, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a sophisticated environment where artistry meets commerce. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand client base within designated territories. Manage account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with high-value clients. Conduct outside sales efforts including cold calling , client meetings, and product demos to generate new leads and close sales. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. Engage in territory management by identifying potential markets, conducting market research, and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Lead B2B sales initiatives by establishing partnerships with galleries, interior designers, and corporate clients. Perform effective negotiation to close deals that maximize value for both clients and the company. Provide exceptional customer service , addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure a seamless buying experience. Conduct upselling opportunities by recommending complementary artworks or services to enhance client collections. Participate in retail sales activities at exhibitions or showrooms when necessary, representing the brand with professionalism. Experience Proven track record in sales management , particularly within the luxury or fine art sectors. Extensive experience in outside sales , B2B sales , and territory management with a focus on high-end clientele. Strong background in account management , with demonstrated success in developing long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM software , especially Salesforce or similar platforms, for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Excellent skills in negotiation , communication, and presentation, including conducting compelling product demos . Knowledge of the luxury art market, including trends in management , marketing , and industry-specific best practices. Ability to perform detailed analysis of sales data to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
