Job description Wellness Technician's duties

Include:

Ability to conduct Cryotherapy sessions as well as other wellness services at our studio. Creating an exceptional customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement. Ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their health and/or activity. Cash -handling and Cash Register/POS Promoting company programs including package sales, loyalty program, and other seasonal promotion. Knowledge of human physiology and/or health & wellness is a plus.

Qualifications:

A passion for health and fitness, willing to help others build and reach goals. Should have great interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communications. Customer-service oriented. Great work ethic. Salesmanship. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who has a passion to help others to achieve their wellness goals. Training period is Typically 1-3 months based off experience and how fast our systems and applications can be learned.

One location and occasional wellness events Cryo Republic is a brand-new state of the art wellness, aesthetics and recovery center, that utilizes Cryotherapy, as well as various forms to enhance general wellness and speed recovery for our clients. We offer other services including, Cocoon sauna pod, Flow Presso (lymphatic compression body suit) and Instascuplting to name a few. As a member of the Cryo Republic team, you will be responsible for providing reception, technician and general education services related to our products in a professional atmosphere. We are seeking wellness enthusiasts who are excited to learn new skills, be customer friendly and committed to positively enriching our team and our client's experience while at our facility.

Job Requirements:

Greeting visitors in a friendly and welcoming, professional manner. Processing payments, completing intake procedures, and directing clients through treatments. Responsible for answering incoming calls. Answering general questions, making appointments, and correctly and politely taking messages when necessary. Understanding and communicating general physiological benefits and outcomes for each treatment, safety policy enforcement, and customer service priority. Strong social media presence. Customer service and organizational skills. Basic computer literacy. Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other staff members. Availability on weekends 20-30 hours a week. Must be available Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm; Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm [possible Sundays]
