Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Lead to oversee our operations and drive the success of our business. Utilize strong math skills for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and motivation. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in sales management techniques with a focus on achieving results. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
