Budtender Location The Window Dispensary 2060 Polk Street, San Francisco, CA 94109 Position Part‑time Budtender, friendly, customer‑focused team members wanted. Competitive hourly pay, tips, and employee discount. Quick Summary Join a small neighborhood dispensary focused on excellent customer service and product education. Part‑time positions available with flexible shifts and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Greet customers, verify ID, and provide clear, friendly product recommendations. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of flower, edibles, concentrates, and accessories. Operate POS, handle transactions accurately, and complete required sales paperwork. Keep sales floor and displays clean, stocked, and compliant with local regulations. Assist with inventory, receiving shipments, and basic merchandising. Assist with social media and other marketing Qualifications Must be 21 years or older. Retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude. Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Willingness to learn compliance rules and product science.
