In this energetic role, you'll assist customers in selecting the right products to enhance their wellness journey, provide expert product recommendations, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster customer loyalty while promoting responsible consumption. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized recommendations Educate customers about product features, effects, and proper usage through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment Upsell products by highlighting benefits and suggesting complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting stock replenishments, and participating in regular stock audits Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring professional communication at all times Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative retail atmosphere Qualifications Prior retail sales experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or specialty retail shops Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual settings to serve diverse customer needs effectively Demonstrated ability to perform retail math for sales calculations, discounts, and inventory counts Knowledge of cannabis products or willingness to learn about product effects, dosing, and safety guidelines Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising and stocking duties Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers or team members Join us in creating an engaging shopping experience that educates and empowers our customers.
