Founded by Azadeh Riaz, co-founder of the iconic Bebe brand, we are a curated luxury fashion house with locations in Los Altos and at The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco. Our collections feature exclusive European designers, including the only California representation for select Italian and French fashion houses. We serve high-net-worth clients across Silicon Valley and San Francisco who value personalized service, exceptional taste, and pieces they cannot find anywhere else. We are looking for 1-2 polished, enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our team immediately. You will be the face of House of Azadeh, delivering an intimate, high-touch shopping experience for discerning clientele. Your passion for fashion, natural warmth, and dedication to outstanding customer service will drive sales and foster lasting relationships. This is not mall retail. This is luxury fashion at its most personal. Responsibilities Greet every guest with warmth, sophistication, and genuine attention. No one walks through our door without feeling welcomed and valued. Provide personalized styling advice, helping clients discover pieces that match their taste, occasion, and lifestyle. Suggest complementary items and complete looks to maximize each interaction. Learn our exclusive designer portfolio, their stories, and what makes each piece special. Communicate the craftsmanship, exclusivity, and curated nature of our collection with confidence. Build and maintain a personal client book with preferences, sizes, purchase history, and key dates. Follow up within 48 hours of every significant interaction. Operate POS systems accurately for all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain visual merchandising standards:
organize displays, manage fitting rooms, and ensure the boutique reflects our luxury aesthetic at all times. Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and receive shipments following our photography and verification protocol. Support trunk shows, private shopping appointments, and in-store events. Capture guest information and coordinate logistics as directed. Handle phone inquiries and appointment scheduling with professionalism and discretion. Represent the House of Azadeh brand at all times: in appearance, in conversation, and in the care you show every client. Experience Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, personal styling, or any client-facing luxury environment. Boutique retail, hotel concierge, or high-end restaurant experience all count. A polished, professional presence. You are comfortable in a luxury setting and dress accordingly. Warm, attentive, and discreet. You can read a room and anticipate what a client needs before they ask. Reliable and punctual. If you are scheduled, you are there. No exceptions. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette with the ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds. Comfortable with POS systems, basic inventory management, stock reconciliation, and retail transactions. Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining visual standards in a retail setting. Bilingual abilities are a significant plus (Farsi, Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Italian) given our international clientele and European designer relationships. Curious and coachable.
