Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic team members to work at our Hayes Valley store. Our in-store team members act as the voice for hundreds of people who work on our sustainable productions worldwide, requiring awareness for environmental and social issues. Opportunities to advance and learn alongside like-minded individuals. Responsibilities include being an ambassador of the brand to the world, understanding all of our productions/processes, and educating customers in an insightful way. Our training will provide all of the knowledge needed for you to learn and communicate with our customers in the best way possible in addition to all the regular in-store duties such as using our POS and store etiquette. Previous retail experience considered a plus, but not required. Qualifications Connection to Industry of All Nation's philosophy and products Positive gentle attitude and enthusiasm Excellent verbal communication skills Readiness to creatively solve problems when they arise Dedication to maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and organization Prior customer service experience preferred but not required Availability between 18-36 hours/week (flexible) Want to join the team?
