As part of our continued expansion, our 20th store in North America is opening at Tawa Gateway Mall，2nd Floor, San Gabriel, California, USA . Store preparation began in May, with a grand opening scheduled for June . Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will represent our Beauty & Cosmetics Department by providing professional product recommendations, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your passion for beauty and positive attitude will help customers find products that best suit their needs while contributing to sales growth and creating an enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting beauty and cosmetic products tailored to their needs. Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and usage to enhance customer understanding and confidence. Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays. Promote complementary products through effective communication and personalized recommendations to increase sales. Handle cashier duties, including POS transactions, cash handling, and accurately processing returns and exchanges. Maintain a clean and organized front-desk area while providing professional telephone and customer support services. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred. Strong knowledge of beauty products, makeup application, and customer service. Excellent communication and active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and time efficiently. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is preferred; Must be available to work weekends and rotating shifts. Compensation & Benefits Pre-Opening Period Base wage: $17.87/hour Additional pre-opening allowance: $3.00/hour After Store Opening Base pay will be reassessed based on individual performance and qualifications. Eligible for store performance bonuses. Total hourly earnings may reach approximately $22-$25/hour , including bonuses. Work Schedule During the pre-opening preparation period, work schedules will be arranged based on business needs, and weekend work may be required. After opening, employees must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Days off will be scheduled on a rotating basis during weekdays (Monday through Friday).
