In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting our showroom, providing expert guidance on our extensive jewelry collection and lighting products. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help drive high-end sales, foster lasting relationships, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills within a reputable luxury jewelry environment. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional showroom experience Support appointment flow and assist clients throughout their visit Prepare jewelry pieces and displays for client viewing Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and organization Assist with inventory tracking and product organization Coordinate client pick-ups, repairs, resizing, and transfers Support opening and closing showroom procedures Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Skills Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurants, hotels, concierge, or other client-facing roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable work style Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced client environment Weekend availability required Ability to work onsite full-time in San Jose Join our team as a Showroom Sales Associate to be part of a vibrant environment where your sales expertise can flourish while helping clients find their perfect jewelry or lighting solutions.
