Job Description
Telecom Bridge Group is expanding across the Bay Area and actively hiring a Business Sales Associate to support a growing telecommunications campaign. This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing sales role where you'll work directly with customers throughout local communities to introduce wireless services, internet solutions, connectivity upgrades, and communication services while contributing to customer acquisition and daily sales performance. What This Sales Role Looks Like This is an active, customer-facing position centered around direct sales, customer interaction, and territory-based outreach. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you'll spend your day speaking directly with customers, introducing available services, discussing promotions, supporting account setup, and helping customers explore solutions that improve connectivity and communication. Every day brings different conversations. One customer may be interested in faster internet or wireless upgrades, while another may need help understanding account options, promotions, pricing, or service features. Your role is to guide conversations, create a strong customer experience, and help turn interactions into successful sales opportunities. Sales Responsibilities Work directly with customers through in-person outreach and customer-facing sales interactions throughout assigned territories Introduce wireless services, internet packages, communication tools, connectivity solutions, promotions, and available service upgrades Support customer enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, account updates, and customer support throughout the sales process Build trust and long-term customer relationships through strong communication, professionalism, and follow-up support Contribute to customer acquisition, daily sales activity, customer engagement, sales goals, and customer satisfaction objectives Maintain organized customer records, account details, and sales activity tracking What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Interest in sales, telecommunications, customer engagement, customer acquisition, account support, or customer-facing roles Comfortable speaking with new customers and building confidence in conversations Goal-oriented mindset with interest in performance, sales growth, and professional development Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, or other people-facing environments is helpful but not required If you enjoy working directly with people, developing communication skills, and building experience in a sales-focused, customer-facing environment, we'd love to meet you.
