What You'll Do As a Little Spoon Host, you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests with genuine warmth and hospitality Serving ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and specialty treats with consistency and care Sharing knowledge about flavors and making recommendations Creating a fun, clean, and inviting atmosphere Operating our POS system and handling transactions accurately Restocking products and maintaining inventory levels Following food safety and sanitation standards Assisting with opening, closing, and daily shop operations Working as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine love for people Reliability, honesty, and strong communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to learn and grow with our company A team-first mentality Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences Experience in food service, retail, coffee shops, restaurants, or customer service is helpful but not required.
