What You'll Do As an Arch Support Specialist, you'll guide customers through a personalized fitting experience designed to identify solutions that help them feel and move better.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment Educating customers on Good Feet products and recommending personalized solutions Achieving and exceeding individual sales goals through consultative selling Tracking performance metrics and continuously developing your skills Supporting daily store operations, inventory management, and system processes Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs Experiencing and understanding the benefits of our products firsthand Compensation & Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including: $18 per hour base pay Uncapped tiered commission structure Average annual earnings between $43,000
