Job Description

Own a piece of what you build. Jackson's Hardware is 100% employee-owned. That means when the store does well, you do well
  • not just in your paycheck, but in real ownership stake through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We're the leading independent hardware store in Marin County and we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job. What you'll do: Help customers find solutions
  • on the floor, at the counter, and over the phone Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system Stock and organize merchandise to keep the floor sharp Be a go-to resource for product knowledge in our hardware and tools department What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, or general hardware
  • or a genuine passion for learning it Strong customer service instincts in a fast-paced environment Reliability, attention to detail, and Saturday availability (required) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift What you get: $20
  • 23/hr depending on experience Employee Stock Ownership

Hours:
Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, Saturday 7am-5pm. Flexible scheduling within those windows; Saturday availability is a must. If you know your way around a hardware store
