Key Responsibilities Hunt & Win:

Identify and qualify fresh leads through strategic outreach (calls, emails, and networking events).

Consult & Close:

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to show property owners how we solve their compliance headaches. Build a

Network:

Cultivate long-term relationships with local property managers, HOAs, and contractors.

Collaborate:

Partner with our operations and field inspection teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients from contract to completion.

Track Your Success:

Keep your pipeline organized in our CRM system so you never miss a follow-up or a commission check.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience (bonus points if you have a background in real estate, construction, or home services).

Communication:

Natural communicators who can build rapport with anyone over the phone or in person.

Mindset:

Self-starters who don't wait to be told what to do—you see a target and go after it.

Tech Savvy:

Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is a major plus.

Language:
