We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service / Sales Associate to join our team in Santa Barbara. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a team environment, and have a passion for sportswear and gear, apply in person or send in your resume!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with purchases and questions
- Process transactions and returns accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
- Handle customer special orders and occasional shipping requests
- Provide excellent service with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be friendly, reliable, and able to communicate clearly
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
- Team player with strong attention to detail
