Retail Sales Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's communication and client's shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage and learn brand tenants & dialogue in order to best communicate and share brand product and values with clients. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and returns. Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Adhere to store policies and procedures. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and follow up when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone or email. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Familiarity with the brand is ideal. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to engage with company and brand ethos and become an ambassador for the brand. Availability on weekends and holidays is required.
