We are looking for experienced sales professionals to round out our team. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product information and selection, and ensuring an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Bilingual abilities and prior supervisory experience are a plus, but not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills and gain valuable retail experience in a dynamic shopping environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cashiering and cash handling Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and inventory checks Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns Assist in supervising store operations when needed, including supervising staff or training new team members Ensure proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in garden, home decor, or similar retail stores Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are advantageous Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is required Demonstrated ability to upsell and perform product demonstrations effectively Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and inventory management is desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued Strong phone etiquette skills for remote assistance or inquiries Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position provides an engaging work environment where team members can grow their retail expertise while delivering outstanding service to our customers.Job Types:
