We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable team member who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to play a meaningful role in growing our retail and e-commerce business. Responsibilities Deliver a personalized customer experience through sales, styling, client relationships, and ongoing customer communication Support daily business operations including inventory management, cycle counts, shipment processing, transfers, merchandising, restocking, and maintaining store organization Pack and ship online orders, manage customer service communication, and support smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations Support social media, content creation, website updates, email marketing, and brand-related projects as needed Help create and improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced start-up environment Take initiative, stay organized, move quickly, and contribute wherever needed as a dependable and collaborative member of the team Requirements Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with strong initiative, urgency, and follow-through; takes ownership without needing direction Strong communicator with a positive, team-first mindset who values teamwork, consistency, and high standards Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys staying busy Reliable, accountable, and available weekends, around holidays, and peak retail periods
