Full Job Description Job Title:
Sales & Customer Experience Associate We are seeking a sharp, high-energy Sales Associate who can hold down the fort in a fast-paced, high-volume vintage environment. This role is strictly for the "people person" who can multitask under pressure without losing their cool or their attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Customer First:
Proactively engage with every person who walks through the door. You'll be their guide to our collection, offering styling tips and historical context on the fly. The "Air Traffic Controller": Manage the flow of the shop during peak weekend hours. You'll need to keep an eye on the fitting rooms, greet new arrivals, and keep the energy high.
Transaction Accuracy:
Handle the POS system with speed and precision. In a vintage shop, every item is unique—you must be meticulous about ringing up the correct tags and processing payments accurately.
Phone & Inquiry Support:
Answer the shop phone with a helpful, professional tone. Whether someone is asking about store hours or a specific 1970s leather jacket, you provide clear, concise information.
Visual Standards:
Ensure the floor stays organized in real-time. As customers browse, you'll be resetting racks and tidying displays to keep the shop looking curated and premium.
Requirements Weekend Availability:
You must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays . These are our busiest days and require your full focus. This role is for 4-hour shifts.
Detail-Oriented:
You notice the small things—like a customer who needs a different size or a price tag that's gone missing.
High-Pace Pro:
You thrive when the shop is full. You don't get overwhelmed by a line at the register; you get faster.
Clear Communicator:
You're comfortable talking to strangers and have a "concierge" mindset on the phone.
