Job Description

AT&T Sales Associate We are an authorized dealer for AT&T currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as a AT&T Sales Associate representing AT&T wireless services. This full-time AT&T Sales Associate opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building customer relationships, and are looking to develop leadership skills while driving sales growth within the telecommunications industry. As a AT&T Sales Associate, you will play a key role in generating sales, acquiring new customers, and helping residential customers find the AT&T wireless products and services that best fit their needs. Our team specializes in face-to-face sales, customer acquisition, and relationship-building, providing hands-on training and mentorship to help every AT&T Sales Associate succeed in a high-performance sales environment. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate Meet in person with residential customers to present and sell AT&T wireless products and service options Generate new sales opportunities through customer engagement and product education Drive customer acquisition by promoting AT&T wireless plans, devices, and promotions Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions that deliver value and satisfaction Assist in motivating and supporting team members to achieve sales objectives Participate in daily sales meetings, leadership development sessions, and ongoing training Contribute to a competitive, energetic, and sales-focused team culture Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Associate Position Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Previous experience in sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or business development is a plus but not required AT&T Sales Associate role overview / Job details:
