Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're looking for passion and a willingness to learn! Strong communication and people skills to engage customers and build relationships. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting. Comfort with standing for long periods and light lifting (e.g., arranging product displays).

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand.
