Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in providing outstanding customer service to parents, friends or family that enter the store, assisting with their selections, and helping create a beautifully merchandised store environment. If you have a passion for baby products, fashion, and helping others, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and guide them in selecting baby and toddler clothing, accessories, and gifts. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling transactions with care. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on sizing, fits, and bestsellers in our baby apparel and accessories. Engage in upselling and suggest items to enhance each customer's shopping experience. Assist in organizing seasonal promotions, sales displays, and new product launches. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Ensure inventory is restocked and presented attractively. Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed as it is a team enviroment.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic proficiency handling sales transactions and applying promotions. A friendly attitude, team spirit, and a genuine interest in children's fashion and care essentials.
