Sales Associate Dreame Technology Santa Clara, CA Job Details Part-time $18.70 - $22.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Product presentation Visual merchandising Merchandising Retail merchandising procedures Merchandising display arrangement Full Job Description We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming in-store experience, assisting customers, demonstrating products, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide a positive shopping experience. Assist customers with product questions and recommend suitable products based on their needs. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently. Support sales goals by actively engaging customers and helping close sales. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store campaigns. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards. Assist with restocking, inventory organization, and store supplies. Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing activities when needed. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude. Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques. Reliable, responsible, and punctual. Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Interest in technology, home appliances, beauty, or lifestyle products is a plus.
