SPP Onsite Sales Associate

What you will be doing:

Deliver exceptional customer service within an onsite company store located at Nvidia, Santa Clara, CA Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring product accuracy within the system Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution Monitor and balance daily cash flow, reconcile POS systems, and complete required bank deposits Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and backroom Support store operations including opening/closing, phone sales, and customer inquiries Operate in a fast-paced environment, including standing for extended periods and handling physical inventory (lifting 25+ lbs, ladder use, pallet breakdown) What You Bring to the

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years of related experience (1-2 years preferred) 1+ year of retail experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in onsite retail, onsite customer service, or company store environments
