Full Job Description About Us:

We are a fast-growing appliance outlet specializing in open-box and scratch & dent appliances. We sell refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and more at heavily discounted prices with manufacturer warranty options. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-friendly team members to join our new store.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store with appliance sales Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships Explain product features, warranty options, delivery, and promotions Help maintain showroom cleanliness and organization Move appliances safely using dolly and moving equipment Assist with loading/unloading appliances when needed Follow up with customers and answer phone inquiries Work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment Test appliances when it arrives

Qualifications:

Sales or customer service experience preferred Must be comfortable moving appliances with a dolly Positive attitude and strong communication skills Friendly and professional with customers Reliable and punctual Able to lift and move heavy items with dolly Spanish speaking is a plus Appliance knowledge is a plus, but we can train the right person
