$16.90 per hour About Us Drip Box Sauna Studio is a full spectrum medical grade infrared sauna studio dedicated to helping clients feel their best through sauna sessions in combination with the included aromatherapy and chromotherapy in each session. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Sauna Expert to join our team. This is a retail sales and customer service position that plays a key role in creating an outstanding experience for every guest. Position Summary As a Sauna Expert, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, educating them about our services, driving memberships and retail sales, maintaining a clean and professional studio environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking team members who are dependable, and passionate about health and wellness. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude. Educate guests on sauna services, memberships, packages, and retail products. Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the studio. Ensure sauna rooms and common areas are prepared for guests. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Support daily studio operations and assist teammates as needed. Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred. Previous customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable discussing memberships, packages, and promotions with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Must be flexible with scheduling and available to work mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Weekend availability is required. Ability to build client rapport and close sales. Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or spa services is a plus. Schedule Requirements Full availability is required. Must be available to work weekends. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and holidays. Ability to cover shifts when needed.
