Entry-Level Sales Associate

We are hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in a retail environment, provide product information, and support daily store operations. This is an in-person position inside a retail location where you will interact directly with customers. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional assistance in a retail setting Answer questions about products, services, and pricing Assist customers with purchases and product selection Process transactions accurately using the store system Maintain a clean and organized retail environment Support daily store goals and team operations Stay informed about current products and promotions Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable working directly with customers Basic computer skills for processing transactions Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends Work Environment This position is customer-facing and performed inside a retail location in the Salinas and Monterey area.
