Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Trading Post & U.S. Post Office at the Brentwood Country Mart is seeking a friendly and reliable team member to join our unique retail store and full-service U.S. Post Office. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a beloved community destination while gaining hands-on experience in both retail operations and postal services.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with USPS shipping (training provided) Provide knowledgeable and attentive customer service in a retail setting Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain and merchandise store displays Handle day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications:
Friendly, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Retail or customer service experience preferred
