In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced, upscale retail environment. Your passion for luxury jewelry and dedication to creating memorable shopping experiences will drive sales and foster lasting client relationships. Duties Engage with customers confidently, providing personalized service and expert advice on jewelry and luxury products Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest Assist clients with selecting, upselling, and customizing jewelry pieces to meet their needs and preferences Maintain an inviting store environment through merchandising, stocking, and visual displays that highlight key products Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math calculations Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and processing product demos or returns Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors to ensure professional interactions

Qualifications:

Proven sales track record in a commission environment Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer inquiries gracefully Self-motivated with strong customer skills Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product demos to engage customers effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences Jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred Available weekends
