What we're looking for: Great attitude and strong people skills Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable in a commission environment Available weekends Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, explaining features, and demonstrating product details through engaging demos Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure jewelry is well-stocked and organized on the sales floor Stock shelves, manage inventory levels, and assist with product replenishment to keep the store inviting and well-presented Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately Requirements Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about jewelry features and care Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store displays Professional phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries courteously No jewelry experience required — full training provided.
