This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, art glass, luxury retail, and personalized customer experiences. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchase decisions Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and online Maintain detailed knowledge of Murano glass jewelry, collections, and product craftsmanship Process sales transactions, online orders, and customer inquiries professionally Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and product displays Coordinate packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment activities Support social media content, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives Maintain a clean, elegant, and organized showroom or retail environment Requirements Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, fashion, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion, jewelry, art, or luxury products Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with jewelry, boutique retail, or luxury brands Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Etsy Familiarity with social media marketing and online customer engagement Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment Bilingual (English/Italian, Spanish, or Russian) is a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses and sales incentives Employee discounts on luxury products Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Creative and elegant work environment Why Join MurrinaMurano?
