Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail.Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Promote and sell products, including jewelry and wireless devices
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with operating a cash register and processing sales transactions
- Experience in jewelry or wireless sales is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
