Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong ability to sell products, and a commitment to maintaining a well-stocked and organized store. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Communicate sales effectively with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Skills Experience in a retail store setting is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members. A proactive approach to selling products and promoting store offerings.
