Retail / Customer Service / Store Operations Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise employees, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a: Store Manager Retail Supervisor Retail Lead Assistant Store Manager Shift Lead Customer Service Manager Retail Team Lead The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing staff, inventory management experience, and the ability to improve store performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage daily retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures Supervise, train, coach, and motivate a team of 7-8 employees Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, merchandising, and product displays Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards Track store sales performance and help achieve sales goals Handle cash management, registers, POS systems, deposits, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee accountability Improve operational processes, workflow efficiency, and team productivity Qualifications Previous retail management, retail lead, or customer service experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience with: Inventory control POS systems Cash handling Merchandising Team leadership Store operations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Preferred Skills Retail sales Customer retention Employee coaching Team development Store performance management Conflict resolution Time management Problem-solving Operations management Why Join Us?
