The Client Associate will engage directly with potential customers in a face-to-face environment, present AT&T service offerings, and complete new sales enrollments with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. The Client Associate is responsible for representing AT&T products and services through in-person interactions. This Client Associate role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to drive sales through consultative conversations. Client Associate Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers as a Client Associate Conduct face-to-face presentations of AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled services Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through effective sales techniques Complete new customer enrollments and process sales transactions accurately Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T products, promotions, and offerings Build and maintain positive relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity in all interactions Client Associate Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and within a team environment Interest in developing a long-term career in sales Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation What We Offer our Client Associate's Structured training focused on sales, communication, and AT&T product knowledge Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles Performance-based compensation with incentives tied to sales results Supportive, team-oriented work environment
