Job Description

Job Duties:
Provide friendly, helpful customer service. Assist customers in finding the right products. Share product knowledge and explain features and benefits. Work toward meeting sales goals. Keep the sales floor clean and organized. Accurately and efficiently process transactions. Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and people skills required.
