Full Job Description About Us:
Diamonds by Monet is a locally owned fine jewelry store specializing in diamonds, custom design, bridal, and luxury jewelry. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, professional shopping experience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Associate for full-time or part-time employment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and assist clients with jewelry purchases Process transactions using POS systems Assist with inventory management and merchandising Handle basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word Create and edit basic marketing materials using Photoshop (a plus) Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Qualifications:
Retail or sales experience required Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with POS systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Photoshop experience preferred Jewelry knowledge is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude If you are passionate about sales, enjoy working with people, and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you.
