We are seeking a polished, elegant, and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our launch team for a 3-month summer contract , with the possibility to continue after the season. This is a front-facing retail sales role for someone who understands presentation, customer experience, gifting, and premium retail energy. The ideal candidate is confident, warm, professional, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy mall environment. This is not a basic cashier position. We are looking for someone who can represent the brand beautifully, create interest naturally, assist customers with confidence, and help drive daily sales. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming kiosk experience Present Spirit Mist products in a polished, professional, and elevated way Help customers explore gifts, scent-based atmosphere products, natural stones, and curated lifestyle items Create interest through calm, confident, and respectful customer engagement Support customers in choosing products and gift options Maintain a clean, organized, and premium-looking kiosk presentation Keep displays full, attractive, and photo-ready throughout the day Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system Support daily sales goals, promotions, and customer engagement Represent the Spirit Mist brand with confidence, elegance, and professionalism Ideal Candidate Polished, friendly, confident, and well-presented Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-driven and motivated by commission and performance bonuses Comfortable working in a mall retail environment Able to engage customers naturally without being pushy or aggressive Reliable, punctual, and professional Interested in gifting, lifestyle products, fashion, beauty, wellness, or premium retail presentation Experience in boutique retail, mall sales, gifting, jewelry, beauty, fashion, kiosk sales, or customer-facing sales is preferred Comfortable standing during shifts and working in a fast-paced retail environment Weekend availability required Pay & Benefits Starting at $17.00 per hour Commission opportunities Performance bonuses Employee discount Flexible schedule Schedule Part-time seasonal position Expected hours: 20-32 hours per week 3-month summer contract Opening, mid-day, and closing shifts may be available Weekend availability required Possibility to continue after the summer season About Spirit Mist Spirit Mist is a premium atmospheric gifting and lifestyle concept created around beauty, presence, memory, and meaningful everyday experiences.
