Job Overview:
We are seeking a Beauty Advisory Flex for our Macy's location in Thousand Oaks. As a Beauty Advisory Flex, you will provide exceptional customer service and expertise in beauty products to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering product recommendations and demonstrating proper application techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Assist customers with product selection, including color matching and skincare recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide samples to encourage customer engagement
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling beauty products
- Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking shelves and ensuring displays are visually appealing
Experience:
- Previous experience in the beauty industry or retail sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, brands, and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
