Job Description:
Join our team as a Sales Associate and become a vital part of our commitment to exceptional customer service and product knowledge. As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers can discover and enjoy our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and positivity. Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management. Stay informed about industry trends and new product arrivals. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively.
Requirements:
Previous retail sales experience preferred. Familiarity with smoke shop products and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Reliable and punctual with a friendly and outgoing personality. Must be 21 years or older. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 1 year of experience preferred.
Skills:
Passion for providing outstanding customer service. Proven sales skills and the ability to upsell products. Basic math proficiency for cash handling. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
