Job Description
Love at Second Sight is a local consignment boutique. We have been in business for 16 years serving customers in the Westlake Village area. We specialize in buying clothes, shoes and accessories directly from our clients. We sell trending styles and current brand names. We have a wide array of shoppers from teens to their moms and even grandma can find items with us. There's something for everyone. Looking to fill the position of sales associate with the opportunity to advance to sales manager and consignment buyer in the future. As a sales associate you will help customers find items and create outfits. Keep the store tidy. Assist the floor manager. Ring up customers for their purchases. Post on our social media. Answer customer inquiries. Nightly cleaning duties. We offer a base pay plus commission as a team. Employee discount plus access to new items first. For the most part we are flexible in scheduling however this position requires 3 Saturday shifts per month. The commission on a Saturday is higher and so pay will be higher on these days. If you choose to do 4 we'd love it and you'll receive the weekend bonus.
