Duties include:

• Follow UPS standard operating procedures while adhering to legal/safety/security policies
• Expertly advise valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services.
• Receive, process and package shipments for safe arrival following UPS packaging guidelines
• Accepting and processing drop-off packages and Amazon returns
• Open mailboxes for potential customers
• Process, sort and place mail accurately
• Operate POS system/cash registers and deliver correct change
• Operate machines including copiers, fax machine, binding equipment, camera for passport photos
• Perform notaries (upon completion of requirements including passing a Dept of Justice background check)
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment Ideal candidate:
• Friendly, helpful, customer service-oriented demeanor
• Good listening skills with customers, store team members and leadership
• Retail sales experience
• Knowledge of computer and POS systems
• Be able to lift and move up to 50lb s
• Current Notary Public license is a plus, otherwise must be able to pass the test and background check to obtain a Notary Public license.
• Ability to cross-sell and up-sell

• Currently hiring M-F should be open between 8:30-6:30 ( 8hours shift) , Saturday 10-5 pm and Sunday 11-3 pm

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of electronics, wireless technology, or technical products is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work well in a team environment
