We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level / Junior Sales Account Executive to support retailer account management, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and customer outreach efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to build a career in sales, account management, and retail operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and retail partners. Sales & Account Support Assist in managing and supporting retailer and customer accounts Conduct retailer outreach via email and phone to maintain strong business relationships Support sales team with account follow-ups, order updates, and customer requests Coordinate communication between internal departments and retail partners Help identify sales opportunities and support account growth initiatives Purchase Order (PO) Processing Process and track customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently Verify pricing, quantities, shipping information, and delivery timelines Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment Resolve PO discrepancies and communicate updates with customers and internal teams Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock allocation Maintain accurate inventory records and reports Coordinate inventory updates with warehouse and operations teams Assist with forecasting and replenishment planning to support retailer demand Administrative & Operational Support Maintain organized account documentation and reporting Prepare spreadsheets, sales reports, and retailer updates Support trade shows, promotions, and retailer initiatives as needed Perform additional sales and operational support duties as assigned Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 0-2 years of experience in sales support, account management, retail operations, or related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications:
Korean language proficiency preferred Experience working with retailers, wholesale accounts, or inventory systems is a plus Familiarity with ERP systems, EDI, or order management platforms is beneficial Job Type:
